It feels weird but so don’t miss all the news and newsletters. Sure, I might not be able to have an opinion to all the bleeding edge new stuff, but right now, what’s bleeding edge today is already old story tomorrow.

Tech world is moving so fast right now that it’s just not necessary to get news today which you already can forget about tomorrow as it’s no longer relevant.

I observed I even feel more whitespace for creativity right now since I am not drowning in the feeling that I have to keep up with my news stream.

Since my second daughter is incoming and I want to be as immersed as possible in being a parent, esp. at the beginning of her life, I unsubscribed from all newsletters and bots regarding tech news. I’ll give pulling news (searching, reading when I actually need them) rather then getting them pushed to my inbox and being flooded and dragged to consume them (even if I don’t feel like it) a try. I hope this relaxes me a bit. Still unsure how this affects my tech FOMO, but, anyways, mostly consuming this news just gave me dopamine rather than any other outcome.

Recently I started to feel an urge, if somebody sends me something AI generated, I feel like I want to see the prompt related to it, or the whole back and forth until the final result. Control issue? Trust issue? Not sure yet.

Let’s see if this new workflow of publishing Logs on the go works. Trying to use this whenever I want to get something out of my head. :)
